Gerardo was wonderful. Fixed our AC in the same day. Found a minor, inexpensive problem and got us cooled off fast. Educated us regarding maintenance 👍 Clean and neat while working expertly. Very reasonable price! We highly recommend Cool Temp!

Great company—fast, reliable, professional and the best price in new Jersey. Absolutely amazing service. The team was friendly, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure my home was comfortable again. They showed up on time, worked clean, and didn't try to upsell anything I didn't need. You can tell they really care about their customers. I'm grateful for their help and will definitely be using them again for future HVAC work.

From the moment I called, I knew I was in good hands with the Cool Temp team!! They were so supportive, helpful, and understanding of my situation, and they're easy to text pictures and videos of my furnace- that sadly was not working and needed to be fixed ASAP. They were able to assess and then. Come over within five hours, which is incredible for an HVAC company that is so Popular, we were fortunate to have their tech come out!!! Gerry, Gerardo, and everyone were so helpful! Would highly recommend using them as they are affordable quick and extremely friendly and their guarantee if anything goes wrong in the future was over the top in my mind for customer satisfaction!! Really incredible support fantastic team!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! CALL them NOW!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cool Temp Heating & Air Conditioning LLC "Absolutely amazing service! Our old furnace stopped working and Cool Temp came out right away to diagnose it. Unfortunately the unit needed to be replaced, but even on a Friday night they didn't leave us hanging — they came back the very next day on Saturday and installed a brand-new Goodman furnace. The installation was fast, clean, and professional. We're extremely happy with the work and the excellent customer service. We highly recommend Cool Temp Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone who needs reliable heating and cooling service. Thank you, Gerardo Ortez/ Cool Temp!" — Saira / Irias
